NOTICE - Mandatory Change by the State Department of Revnue effective November 1, 2004. No paper PT-61 Forms can be accepted by the Superior Court Clerks in Georgia after November 1, 2004. You must use the electronic PT-61 Form on the new PT-61 Electronic Filing System found at: PT-61 Electronic Filing The Georgia Department of Revenue and the Georgia Superior Court Clerks Cooperative Authority have developed the electronic filing of the PT-61 forms. It is a very simple process. Just follow the directions in completing the form. Print the form, attach to your deed, and file just as you have in the past. |
